Dorothy Escribano Promoted to Provost at the College of New Rochelle

Dorothy Escribano was appointed provost at the College of New Rochelle in New York. She has served as senior vice president for academic affairs for the past five years. Before coming to the College of New Rochelle, Dr. Escribano held administrative posts at Worcester State College and Clark University in Massachusetts and the University of Rhode Island.
A graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, Dr. Escribano holds a master’s degree from Stony Brook University of the State University of New York system and a Ph.D. in Hispanic studies from Brown University.
