Kajal Gulati is a new assistant professor of agricultural economics at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She had worked with the International Food Policy Research Institute in India on issues of food security and technology adaption.
Dr. Gulati holds a master of public administration degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She earned a Ph.D. in agriculture and research economics from the University of California, Davis.
Krystle Kuhs was appointed associate professor of epidemiology and co-director of the Markey Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at the University of Kentucky. Earlier, Dr. Kuhs served as an assistant professor in the department of medicine at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Kuhs holds a master of public health degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She earned a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences/pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Gillian Ice, a professor of social medicine at the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University, has been appointed special assistant to the president for public health operations at the university. Dr. Ice joined the faculty at the university in 2020.
Professor Ice is a graduate of Washington Univerity in St. Louis, where she majored in anthropology. She holds a master’s degree in anthropology from Hunter College of the City University of New York, a master of public health degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Ph.D. in anthropology from Ohio State University.

Dr. Willeford holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology and a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from Mississippi State University.

Professor Gustafson holds a bachelor’s degree and a juris doctorate from Brigham Young University in Provo. Utah.

Professor Morrow holds a Ph.D. from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
