The Next President of the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston

Paula Milone-Nuzzo was named president of MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. The independent graduate school was founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and is the only degree-granting affiliate of Partners HealthCare. Dr. Milone-Nuzzo will begin her new job in August.
Dr. Milone-Nuzzo currently serves as a professor and dean of the College of Nursing at Pennsylvania State University. She joined the faculty at Penn State in 2003. Earlier in her career, Dr. Milone-Nuzzo was a professor and associate dean for academic affairs at the Yale School of Nursing.
Dr. Milone-Nuzzo is a graduate of Boston College, where she majored in nursing. She holds a master’s degree in community health nursing and education and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Connecticut.
