The New President of Cottey College in Missouri

tegertThe board of trustees of Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri, has announced that Doris A. Tegert will be the next president of the educational institution. Cottey College is a women’s college, south of Kansas City. The latest Department of Education data shows enrollments of 277 students.

At the current time, Dr. Tegert is executive vice president and provost at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. She will take office at Cottey College in the summer of 2015.

Dr. Tegert earned an educational doctorate at Indiana University with concentrations in women’s studies and administration.
