Three Women Join the Faculty at Penn State’s Business School

The Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University has announced that 13 scholars have been hired to permanent positions on its faculty. Three of 13 new faculty members are women.
Patricia A. Patrick was hired as a clinical associate professor of accounting. She was an associate professor of accounting at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree, an MBA, and a Ph.D., all from the Harrisburg campus of Pennsylvania State University.
Hansa Sinha was appointed instructor in management and information systems. She was an assistant professor of business and computer science at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from St. Xavier’s College in India. Dr. Sinha earned an MBA and a Ph.D. in information sciences and technology from Pennsylvania State University.
Lei Wang is a new assistant professor of information systems. Dr. Wang is a graduate of Nanjing University in China, where she majored in electronic science and technology. She earned a master’s degree in economics from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China and a Ph.D. in operations and information management from the University of Connecticut.
