
At universities with a minimum of 25 faculty members in engineering, the highest percentage of women faculty is at the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering in Needham, Massachusetts. There, women held 38.9 percent of all engineering faculty posts. The only other universities where women were at least one third of all engineering faculty were Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, and Santa Clara University in California.
