Simmons College to Offer Online Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programs in Nursing

simmons_logoSimmons College in Boston, whose undergraduate on-campus degree programs are exclusively for women, has announced its first undergraduate online degree program. Simmons will offer an online bachelor’s degree program in nursing designed for students who hold an associate’s degree in nursing. Online classes will begin in October.

In addition, Simmons is also offering an online master’s degree program in nursing. Students will gain clinical experience with placements at healthcare facilities in their own communities.

Simmons Colleges offers co-educational graduate degree programs in nursing, health sciences, liberal arts, library and information science, and social work. It also operates the nation’s first MBA program designed specifically for women.
