Four New Assistant Professors at the Mississippi University for Women

The Mississippi University for Women in Columbus has announced the hiriing of four women to assistant professor positions.

Melanie Anderson is an assistant professor of English and American literature. Dr. Anderson earned a master’s degree in English and a Ph.D. in American literature from the University of Mississippi.

Anne Crafton is an assistant professor of English with a concentration in linguistics and early literature. She received a master’s degree in medieval studies and a Ph.G. in medieval studies from the University of Notre Dame.

Mikayla Johnson is an instruction librarian and assistant professor. She holds a master’s degree in information science from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in English form the University of Alabama.

Caycie Trotter is an assistant professor of graphic design. She earned a master’s degree in visual communication design from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama.
