Angelia Millender Named President of Olive-Harvey College

Angelia_N_MillenderAngelia N. Millender was named the next president of Olive-Harvey College, a campus of the City Colleges of Chicago. She will take office on April 7. The college enrolls about 5,000 students and women make up about 60 percent of the student body.

Millender has been serving as district vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Earlier in her career she served for 20 years on the staff at Robert Morris College.

Millender is a graduate of Chicago State University. She holds a master’s degree in management from National Louis University in Chicago.
