Georgette Chapman Phillips Named Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University

Phillips_GeogetteGeorgette Chapman Phillips has been selected as the next dean of the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a professor of real estate and vice dean for technology-enhanced learning at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds joint appointments as a professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and as a professor of Africana studies in the university’s School of Arts and Sciences. Professor Phillips will assume her new post on July 1.

Professor Phillips is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania and the Harvard Law School. She serves on the board of trustees of Bryn Mawr College.
