In Memoriam: Lorna McLean Daniells, 1918-2013

Lorna Daniells, who worked at the Baker Library at Harvard Business School for nearly 40 years, died last month in Bloomfield, Connecticut. She was 94 years old.
A native of Toledo, Ohio, Daniells was a graduate of Miami University. She earned a master of library science degree at Columbia University.
Daniells joined the staff at the Baker Library in 1946. She served as chair of the library’s reference department and was the library’s bibliographer at the time of her retirement in 1985. She also taught business information science at Simmons College in Boston and was the author of the textbook, Business Information Sources (University of California Press, 1978).
