University of Wyoming Scientist Wins Teaching Award

Melanie Murphy, an assistant professor in the department of ecosystem science and management at the University of Wyoming, has received the Teaching Award of Merit from the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture.
Dr. Murphy has been on the faculty at the University of Wyoming since 2010. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in wildlife management from the University of Idaho and a Ph.D. in zoology from Washington State University.
