Three Universities Announce the Appointment of Women to Diversity Positions

Ella Kiselyuk was appointed associate vice president for finance and administration and chief human resources & diversity officer at Florida A&M University. For over a decade, Kiselyuk worked at the City University of New York, where she rose to assistant vice president for campus operations and executive director of human resources.

Kiselyuk earned both a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and a master of public administration degree from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Shannon Bradley is the inaugural chief diversity and inclusion officer for Keck Medicine at the University of Southern California. Previously, Bradley served as the assistant vice president/division director of diversity, equity, and inclusion for HCA Healthcare’s Gulf Coast Division in Houston, Texas.

Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Emporia State University in Kansas. She earned an MBA with a health care administration specialization from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Barbara J. Lawrence was named director of the Division of Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. The new division includes the department of public safety, student accessibility and support services, the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, and Title IX compliance. Lawrence has been serving as the chief diversity officer at the university.

Lawrence received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. She earned a master of public administration degree from Indiana University-Purdue University and a juris doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law.
