Felicia Davis to Lead Olive-Harvey College in Chicago

City Colleges of Chicago announced the Felicia Davis will serve as interim president of Olive-Harvey City College. The college, on Chicago’s South Side, enrolls about 3,500 students. African Americans make up two thirds of the student body.
Davis is a former Chicago police detective and served as deputy chief of staff to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. She has been serving as director of the Public Building Commission for the City of Chicago. Earlier in her career, Davis was vice president of administration at Kendall College in Chicago.
Davis is a graduate of Kendall College and hold a master of public administration degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
