Christine Spencer was appointed dean of the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Baltimore. She is a professor in the School of Health and Human Services and the School of Public and International Affairs. Dr. Spencer joined the faculty at the university in 2007 and has been serving as interim dean.
Dr. Spencer is a graduate of Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York. She holds master’s and doctoral degrees in health policy and management from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Dr. Allen has been serving as a professor of nursing at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Professor Allen is an associate editor of the Journal of Addictions Nursing. Dr. Frame is a graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio. She holds a master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and a doctorate in higher education from Florida State University.
Cindy Juntunen, the Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor of Counseling Psychology and Community Services at the University of North Dakota, was appointed dean of the College of Education and Human Development at the university. She has been serving as interim dean since February 2016.
Professor Juntunen joined the faculty at the University of North Dakota in 1994. She is a graduate of the University of North Dakota and holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
