Case Western Reserve University Opens New Nursing/Lactation Facility

The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women in the University Center at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland has announced the opening of a nursing/lactation room for women students, faculty, and staff. The center is equipped with a hospital-grade Medela Symphony pump which can be used by any woman who brings her own accessories. The center also is equipped with a freezer and refrigerator for the storing of breast milk, a changing table, furniture, and a computer station.
The room is stocked with a library of books on breastfeeding and child care, diapers and other changing supplies, storage vessels for breast milk, and toys for young children.
