Salem College to Build a New Student Center

Salem College, the liberal arts institution for women in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, will break ground on a new student center in December. It will be the first new building on the Salem College campus in 30 years. The new center will include a cafe, student lounge, a theater, bookstore, offices for student organizations, and meeting rooms. The $6.8 million center is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2014.
