Carol Richardson Is a Finalist for Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Hawaii

The University of Hawaii at Manoa has announced four finalists for the position of dean of the College of Arts and Humanities. One of the four finalists is a woman.
Carol Richardson is a professor of music at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. She has been on the faculty there since 2009. Previously, she taught at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Richardson is a graduate of Valparaiso University in Indiana. She holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a doctorate in music education from the University of Illinois.
The four candidates will all visit the Hawaii campus this month before a decision is made on the appointment.
