Dr. Kiss comes to Union College from the Rhodes Trust in Oxford, where she serves as the organization's first woman CEO. She has significant experience in academic leadership, including 12 years as president of Agnes Scott College in Georgia.
Irene Peirano Garrison, associate professor of the Classics at Yale University, has received the 2015 Alexander G. McKay Prize for Vergilian Studies from the Vergilian Society for her book The Rhetoric of the Roman Fake.
Miriam Kilimo, a 2014 graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, won a Rhodes Scholarship reserved for students from Kenya. Jessica Glennie, a native of South Africa and an architecture student at the University of Texas, also has been selected as a Rhodes Scholar.
