A scholar of medieval literature, Dr. Ericksen began her career at the university in 1998 as an assistant professor of English. Since then she has held a variety of administrative roles, including vice chancellor for academic affairs and dean, director of the Honors Program, chair of the Division of the Humanities, and interim chair of the Division of the Social Sciences.
In 1981, professor Hoppe joined the faculty in the department of chemistry and biochemistry at Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. She was promoted to full professor in 1995.
Dr. Lawrence is the provost and chief academic officer at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Earlier in her career, she was a professor of economics and management and chair of the division of social sciences at the University of Minnesota at Morris.
Since 2014, Michelle Behr has been serving as provost, senior vice president for academic affairs, and dean of the college at Birmingham Southern College in Alabama. Earlier, she was dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
Jacqueline R. Johnson, chancellor of the University of Minnesota, Morris, Bettye Myers, the Cornaro Professor of Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University, and Betty Mayer, a professor of nursing at the University of Central Florida, are all retiring.
