Dr. Rhine comes to her new presidency with nearly four decades of leadership experience in higher education. Most recently, she was president and chief executive officer of Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona.

Jessi Hitchins has been named the new senior director for student life at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Valerie S. Fields was appointed vice president for student affairs at the University of Louisiana Monroe and Tamara Williams has been appointed interim vice president for workforce solutions at Tidewater Community College in Virginia.

Since 2009, Tyjuan Lee has served as vice president for student affairs at Prince George’s Community College in Maryland. Earlier, Dr. Lee was associate vice president for enrollment management and student services at Tidewater Community College in Virginia.

Edna Baehre-Kolovani currently is president of Napa Valley College in California and is the former president of Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania.

From 2006 to 2011, Michelle Woodhouse was dean for social sciences and public services at the Virginia Beach campus of Tidewater Community College.
