Dr. Donovan began her tenure at Bellarmine University in Louisville in 2017. Earlier, she spent 32 years at Loyola University Maryland, where she ultimately served as executive vice president.
Dr. Real served three years as president of Marycrest College in Davenport, Iowa, and 10 years as president of Siena Heights College (now University) in Adrian, Michigan. She also had a stint as acting president of the College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Raitt's career in higher education spanned over four decades. She was the first woman to earn tenure at the Duke University Divinity School and founded the University of Missouri's department of religious studies.
Dr, Shearburn joined the faculty at Salem College and Academy in 1977 to direct the Orton Center, an endowed center in the department of education that focused on special education. When the center closed, Dr. Shearburn remained on the faculty and taught women's studies. She retired in 1998.
