Dr. Perryman is an associate professor of counselor education and the founding director of the Office of Play Therapy Research and Training at the University of Arkansas. She has over two decades of combined experience in education, school counseling, professional counseling, and play therapy.
The honorees are Stacia Gordon of the University of Nevada, Jo Young Switzer of Manchester University, Augusta Vono at Florida International University, Tisa Mason of Fort Hays State, and Susan McLean at Southwest Minnesota State.
