Dr. Rogalski comes to her new role from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where she has been serving as vice president of academic affairs and workforce development.

After serving as interim president since December 2022, Dr. Patricia Lynott has been officially appointed as the ninteenth president of Rockford University in Illinois. She previously served as provost of Southern New Hampshire University.
The women scholars taking on new assignments are Heidi Hehnly at Syracuse University, Hope Wilson at Northern Illinois University, Chinenye Anyanwu at the University of Connecticut, Jennifer Freeman at Purdue University, Sabrina Jedlicka at Lehigh University, Smanathat Francois at Clark University, and Jocelyn Viterna at Harvard University.
Laura Hedin is the new holder of the Morgridge Endowed Chair in the College of Education at Northern Illinois University. Melba M. Crawford was named the Nancy Uridil and Frank Bosseu Distinguished Professor in Civil Engineering at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and Julie M. Riley was named to the Hal Reed Black, M.D., Chair in Urology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dyonne Bergeron has been named chief diversity officer at the University of California, Irvine. Carol A. Sumner was appointed chief diversity officer at Northern Illinois University and Dakesa Piña was named the inaugural vice president in charge of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington.

Dr. Diaz has been serving as interim president. She came to the college in 2016 as an Instructional dean and vice president of academic affairs. Earlier, she was vice president of student development at Rock Valley College in Illinois.Â
Dr. Singh currently serves as the provost and senior vice president of academic affairs at Loyola University New Orleans. Previously, she served at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, where she was the dean of the Greehey School of Business for 11 years. Earlier, she served in various roles including department chair and professor of marketing at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb for 13 years.
