Since 2017, Dr. Orinthia T. Montague has been president of Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, New York. She previously served as vice president of student affairs and chief diversity officer, and dean of students, at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota, and as dean of students at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Dr. Montague, who will take office on July 5, has been serving as vice president for student affairs and chief diversity officer at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. Earlier she was dean of students at the college.
Dr. Joyce Ester was president of Kennedy-King College, one of the seven campuses of the City Colleges of Chicago. Before becoming president of Kennedy-King in 2011, she was associate vice president for student services at Bakersfield College in California.
