Patricia Leonard, vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, has been chosen to receive the John Jones Award for Outstanding Performance as a Senior Student Affairs Officer.
Carmen Green at the University of Michigan, Kathy Spiegelman at Northeastern University, Jamie Slater at Winston-Salem State University, Wendy Parent-Johnson at the University of South Dakota, Lois Badey at Virginia Tech, and Pat Whitely of the University of Miami are taking on new duties.
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire administrator will receive the Dr. Zenobia Hikes Award from NASPA, an organization of student affairs administrators in higher education.
