Linda Kingston is the new president of Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota, and Pakou Yang has been named interim president of Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Dr. Rogers has served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Winona State University in Minnesota since 2013. From 2007 to 2013, Dr. Rogers served as the founding dean of the Health Sciences and Human Ecology and the School of Graduate Studies at Bemidji State University in Minnesota. She will become president in July.
