Dr. Treadwell has been serving in the role of interim president since July 2017. Before being named interim president, Dr. Treadwell had been serving since 2014 as provost and CEO at Antioch New England University also in Keene, New Hampshire. Previously, she was interim provost at Keene State College.
For the past seven years, Dr. Fey-Yensan has served as the dean of the College of Health and Human Services at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Previously, she was the associate dean of the College of Human Science and Services at the University of Rhode Island.
Castleton University has announced a field of four finalists to become the next president of the educational institution. Among the four are Anne Huot, the former president of Keene State College in New Hampshire, and Karen M. Scolforo, the ninth president of Central Penn College in Summerdale, Pennsylvania.

The appointees are Gail C. Glover at SUNY-Geneseo, Shelby Crews at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Mary H. Loomis at Fort Valley State University in Georgia, Kristene Kelly at Keene State College in New Hampshire, and Kyle Fisher at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Dr. Giles-Gee became the 22nd president of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in July 2012. She was the first woman president in the nearly 200-year history of the university.
