Two Women Administrators in Higher Education Have Stepped Down

Peggy Quinn, president of Kaskaskia College in Centralia, Illinois, has resigned her positioned with seven months remaining on her three-year contract and Christine Sheets, assistant vice president in the Division of Student Affairs at Ohio University in Athens, has retired.
