Eva Aagard of Washington University, Laura Mathews of John Wood Community College, Jackie Mercer of Youngstown State University, and Ruth Ochia of Temple University received promotions. Jennifer Adamski joined the Case Western Reserve University faculty and the University of California Davis' Marisa Ames was elected president of the American Heartworm Society.
