Prior to her tenure at Fairmont State, Phillips served as the president of the Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland. Theresa B. Felder Selected as the Tenth President of Harford Community College in Maryland
Dr. Felder comes to Harford Community College from Clark State Community College in Springfield, Ohio, where she most recently served as the senior vice president for student success. Prior to this position, she was the vice president of student affairs and administrative dean for Clark State’s largest branch campus.

Five Women Scholars at American Universities Earn Notable Honors
The five honorees are Susan Muaddi Darraj of Harford Community College and Johns Hopkins University, Blanca Bernstein of Arizona State University, Susan V. Olesik of Ohio State University, Sheila Kennedy of MIT, and Jada Bussey-Jones of Emory University.
