Taking on new administrative assignments are Karen Tumlinson at Central College in Pella, Iowa, Karen Tumlinson at the University of Washington, Angela B. Abraham at the University of Massachusetts, Gina Wyant at the University of Kansas, Amanda DuBose at Syracuse University in New York, and Xeturah Woodley at Dona Ana Community College in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
The three women who were appointed community college presidents are Angelica Suarez at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, Monica Torres at Dona Ana Community College at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, and Kim Hoffmans at Ventura Colllege in California.
Scott is currently vice president and provost of academic services at Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio. Earlier she was an associate professor of teacher education and development at Central Michigan University.
