Dr. Dougherty came to Hudson County Community College in 2016 as dean of enrollment and was promoted to senior vice president for student affairs and enrollment three years later. In June, she was tapped to serve as the college's interim president.
Shannon Finning is the new dean of students at Clemson University. Susan Malekpour was appointed national dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences for DeVry University and Sarah Bartlett is the new dean of the Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York.
