Sandra Fowler-Hill has been named interim president of Clark College in Vancouver, Washington. Last year, Dr. Fowler-Hill retired as president of the Rock Creek campus of Portland Community College in Oregon. Earlier in her career, Dr. Fowler-Hill served for 19 years in various leadership roles at Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington.
