Dr. St. Germain joined Capella University in 2017 as provost. Earlier she was the executive dean at the University of Phoenix and vice president, dean, and professor of criminal justice for the American Public University System. She will become president of the university in September.
Dr. Córdoba brings more than two decades of experience in Catholic higher education, both as a faculty member and administrator, to her new role leading Aquinas College. She has been serving as associate vice president and director of the Center for Catholic Studies at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.
The honorees are Christine Fletcher of Benedictine University in Illinois, Barbara A. Horwitz of the University of California, Davis, Susana Morales of the Weill Cornell Medical College, and Melanye White Dixon of Ohio State University.
The seven women added to the Benedictine University faculty this fall are Darya Aleinikava, Patricia Brown, Deborah Jezuit, Gena Lewis, Kathleen Liace, Grace Mirsky, and Sarah Elizabeth Shaner.
