Elizabeth T. Kinney at the University of Pittsburgh. A prominent zoologist, Kinney studied at the University of Pittsburgh, graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1924, received an M.S. from Washington University in 1926, and a Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1940.
