Amanda Vasquez-Vicario has been named vice president for enrollment management at the University of Texas at El Paso. She joined the university staff 15 years ago and most recently was assistant vice president for enrollment services.
Dr. Vasquez-Vicario holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. She earned a Ph.D. in educational administration from New Mexico State University.
Jeanine MingeÌ is the new associate dean of the College of Arts and Humanities at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. With 16 years of administrative experience, Dr. MingeÌ most recently served as the associate provost for community engagement and impact and the executive director of the Office of the Arts at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Dr. Minge is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She holds a master’s degree from San Diego State University and a Ph.D. in communication studies from the University of South Florida.
Ingrid O. McMillan was appointed director of the I.P. Stanback Museum and Planetarium at South Carolina State University. She was the director of history, art, and culture at Penn Center, Inc., on St. Helena Island, South Carolina.
McMillan earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from South Carolina State University. She holds an MBA in management from Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Bewersdorf holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in accounting from Wichita State University in Kansas.

Jack earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising promotions at Pace University in New York. She holds an MBA in marketing management and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Baruch College of the City University of New York. Jack is currently a doctoral candidate in higher education at Syracuse University.

Stedelin earned both a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Tumpey holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master of public health degree from the University of South Florida.

Lewis earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the School of Communications at Howard University. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.

Hollingshead earned bachelor’s degrees in journalism and sociology from the University of Missouri. She holds an MBA from Columbia College in Missouri.

Spang is a graduate of Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.
