Jennifer Franczak was appointed assistant professor of organization theory and management at the Graziadio Business School of Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Since 2013, she has been serving as an assistant professor of organization theory and management at the University of New Hampshire.
Dr. Franczak hold a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She earned a Ph.D. in organizational studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Susan Becker, professor emerita at Cleveland State University in Ohio, has been named Public Interest Leader-in Residence at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She served on the full-time faculty at the law school for 24 years, before retiring in 2014. Since then, Professor Becker has served as the general counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio.
Professor Becker is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she majored in journalism. She earned her law degree at Cleveland State University.
Susan C. Faircloth was named director of the School of Education at Colorado State University. She has been serving as a professor in the department of educational leadership at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Earlier, she taught at North Carolina State University and Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Faircloth holds master’s and doctoral degrees from Pennsylvania State University. She is the senior associate editor of the American Journal of Education.

Dr. Lavin is a graduate of Barnard College in New York City. She earned a master’s degree and a Ph.D. at Columbia University.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Cooney was deputy director of the Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Michigan. She earned her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania.

Conn is a graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where she majored in mathematics. She holds a master of library and information science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
