Professor Kauanui is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in women’s studies. She earned a Ph.D. at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Professor Miller is a graduate of LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. She holds a master’s degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and a Ph.D. from the University of Oxford in England.
Dr. Nascimento is a graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She earned a master’s degree at the University of Akron in Ohio and a Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin.
Andrea L. Patalano was named a full professor of psychology at Wesleyan University. Before joining the faculty at Wesleyan University, Dr. Patalano taught at Ohio University in Athens.
Professor Patalano earned a bachelor’s degree in cognitive and linguistic sciences from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Michigan.
Angela Garcia Falconetti, who has been serving as president of Polk State College in Winter Park, Florida, has been named interim president of her alma mater, the University of North Florida. Anne B. Kerr, president emerita of Florida Southern College, has been named interim president of Polk State College.
