The gender gaps in salaries for business school graduates is particularly pronounced for minority women. For minority women who graduated from business school six to eight years ago, the median salary was $132,250. For White men who graduated from business school six to eight years ago, the median salary was $181,000. Black men who graduated from business school six to eight years ago had a higher median salary than White women who graduated from business school six to eight years ago.
