“I am honored and excited to join Vermont State University and the Vermont State Colleges System,” said Dr. Kollmann. “I firmly believe that education and training have the power to change lives in profound and lasting ways. My own path was not traditional, and that experience shaped my commitment to ensuring that students from all backgrounds have access to both high-quality learning opportunities and the support systems they need to succeed. I am looking forward to working closely with VTSU’s incredible faculty and staff, as well as partners across Vermont.”
A graduate of Bethel University, Dr. Kollman holds a master’s degree from Concordia University and both a master of education degree and a Ph.D. in instructional psychology and technology from the University of Oklahoma.
