Rebecca LeFebvre Is the First Ph.D. Graduate at Kennesaw State University in Georgia

This spring Rebecca LeFebvre earned a Ph.D. in international conflict management at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Her dissertation was entitled, “Deciding to Fight: A Cross-Cultural Comparative Study of Decision-Making in Conflict Situations.” She is the first Ph.D. recipient in the university’s history.
LeFebvre completed her doctoral program in three years. Previously, she was vice president for product development at News Distribution Network in Atlanta. This fall she will become a full-time faculty member at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia.
There are now 34 students from 19 different countries enrolled in the international conflict management doctoral program at Kennesaw State.
