Morna Foy to Lead the Wisconsin Technical College System

Morna Foy was named the 12th president of the Wisconsin Technical College System. She is the first woman to lead the state’s 16 technical college districts. Foy has been an administrator with the system since 1998. Since 2005, she has served as executive assistant and vice president of policy and government relations.
Foy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Indiana University and is currently working on a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Wisconsin.
