Two Women Named to Prestigious Faculty Positions

Anastasia Boles was appointed to the faculty at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She will begin teaching this fall. Currently, she is a faculty fellow at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
Professor Boles is a graduate of Stanford University and the Columbia University School of Law.
Tania A. Baker was named chair of the department of biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. She will take her new position on April 1. Currently, she is the E.C. Whitehead Professor of Biology at MIT and an investigator with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
Professor Baker joined the MIT faculty in 1992. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Stanford University Medical School.
