Gianna Mosser has been serving as editor-in-chief of the Northwestern University Press in Illinois. She joined Northwestern University Press in 2009 as journal managing editor and project editor. She later worked in acquisitions as an assistant editor and acquisitions editor before being named editor-in-chief in 2016.
In Memoriam: June Stewart, 1940-2019
Stewart began her career at Vanderbilt in 1973 as a secretary in the sports information office. In 1993, she was named associate athletics director and remained in that position until her retirement in 2001.

Dr. Tsakirgis first joined the Vanderbilt University faculty in 1984. Her academic research focused on the complex relationship between private and public spaces and the experiences of households and communities in the ancient Mediterranean world.
In Memoriam: Yvonne Young Clark, 1929-2019
In 1956, Professor Clark joined the faculty at what was then Tennessee Agricultural and Industrial State University in Nashville. Clark retired as a professor emerita in 2011 at what is now Tennessee State University after serving on the faculty for 55 years.
