Under the agreement, the community organization Women Helping Women will offer an on-call service 24 hours a day, seven days a week so that students at the university will always have someone to help them if they experience or witness a sexual assault, domestic violence, or stalking.
Study Finds That for College-Age Women, Alcohol Significantly Increases the Risk of Unprotected Sex
The study found that 40 percent of women ages 18 to 24 have more than three drinks per day. And the survey found that 66.9 percent of college-age women reported that they had unprotected sex the last time they had sex when they had been drinking alcohol.

In Memoriam: Evelyn V. Hess, 1925-2015
Evelyn V. Hess was professor emerita of internal medicine and the founding director of the Division of Immunology, Rheumatology, and Allergy at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine. She is believed have been only the second woman to direct a rheumatology division at any U.S. medical school.
