Three Women Who Have Been Appointed to Dean Posts in Higher Education

Raquel Engolio was appointed dean of the School of Nursing at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Kathleen Bombery has been named the new dean for academic affairs overseeing health sciences and online learning at Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia, and Lisa Snyder is the new executive dean of Pueblo Community College’s Southwest campus in Mancos, Colorado.

Lori Durden Is the New President of Ogeechee Technical College in Georgia

Breaking News Editor -
Durden has been acting president since June 30. Previously, she was vice president for economic development at the college. Earlier, Durden served as director of small business development at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.
