A woman claimed that the college discriminated against her by not excusing her for pregnancy-related absences or allowing her to make up work that she had missed due to her pregnancy.
The new deans are Cheryl Hawk at Logan College of Chiropractic, Monika Shealey at Rowan University, Tonantzin Oseguera at California State University, Fullerton, Rhonda Phillips at Purdue University, Nancy Fahrenwald at South Dakota State University, and Rebecca Reed Kantrowitz at Syracuse University.
The women taking on new roles are Patricia Watson, Suzanne Thoren Walker, Elsie Scott, Laurinda Smith, Peggy Miller, Carol Ash, Gina Pertee, Eboni Pringle, and Patricia Rodriguez Mosquera.
