University of Kentucky Scholar Named Senior Editor of Accounting Journal

mcdanielLinda McDaniel, who holds the Von Allmen Endowed Chair of Accountancy in the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky, has been named senior editor of Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory.

Dr. McDaniel has taught at the University of Kentucky for more than a decade. Previously, she served for 10 years on the faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Professor McDaniel holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. She earned a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Michigan.
