
Dr. Lim holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Seoul National University in South Korea. She earned a Ph.D. in political science at Boston University.

Dr. Lovett holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida A&M University. She earned a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Huang is a graduate of Huazhong Agricultural Univerity in China. She earned a master of landscape architecture degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a master’s degree in urban design from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in geography from the University of California, Davis.

Dr. Bennett earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sociology from what is now Clark Atlanta University. She holds a doctoral degree in child and family development from the University of Georgia.
Holly Storkel, the associate dean for academic innovation and student success in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and a professor in the department of speech-language-hearing: disorders & sciences at the University of Kansas, has been given the added duties as vice provost. Her work will focus on academic program assessment.
Professor Storkel, who joined the faculty at the University of Kansas in 2001, received her bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing sciences at Indiana University. She holds a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and a doctorate in speech and hearing sciences from the University of Washington.
Anjalé Welton is a new professor in the department of educational leadership and policy analysis in the School of Education at the Univerity of Wisconsin-Madison. Since 2011, she has served on the faculty at the University of Illinois. Her research examines how school leaders’ dialogue about equity issues such as race, student voice in school improvement efforts, and the politics of college readiness and access.
Dr. Welton earned a Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Austin.
